Any bathroom can be adapted to be more accessible. A popular starting point is replacing your bath with a level-access shower, but there are many ways to improve safety and ease of use. Using our deep product knowledge and practical experience, we’ll work with you to design a solution that suits your needs, style, and budget.

Absolutely. We know that choosing a new bathroom can feel overwhelming, especially when accessibility needs are involved. It’s a job that requires specialist insight and the right approach. With years of experience and strong supplier relationships, we’ll help you navigate your options and design a space that’s safe, stylish, and suits your needs both now and in the future.

We’re based in Halifax and cover homes throughout Yorkshire. If you’re just outside our area, we’ll still do our best to help or point you to someone trusted who can.

It usually starts with a quick phone call so we can understand your situation and any plans you may already have. From there, we’ll book a home or site visit to assess your space properly and talk through your options. You’ll come away with a clear picture of what’s possible and what to do next.

Yes, absolutely. Sustainability is important to us. If you already have equipment in place, we’ll look at whether it can be refurbished, restored or relocated – saving you money and avoiding unnecessary waste. If any parts are missing, we’ll source what’s needed to get it working safely again.

Occasionally, we may need to switch off your hot water for a short time while we carry out installations. Usually this will take no more than 1–2 hours, and only if you have an older heating system. We’ll always let you know in advance and keep any disruption to a minimum.

That’s what we’re here for. We’ll guide you through every step – from understanding what support or funding you might be entitled to, through to assessing your home and finding the best long-term solution. We’ll make the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

We can guide you through the process and help you understand what you might be eligible for, such as Disabled Facilities Grants or local authority support.
